Britney Spears is back baby!  Last night she opened the MTV Video Music Awards and she was looking as hot as ever. In addition to opening the show in her sexy silver dress, Britney won 3 big awards including Best Female Video, Best Pop Video, and Video of the Year! She did not perform, however she did an excellent job in the opening skit and was very eloquent when she accepted her awards.
